(b.1980, Copenhagen, Denmark)

Since graduating from Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2003, Ollie Harrop has been working as a freelance photographer.
In 2007 he interned at Magnum Photo Agency and was featured in the Royal Photographic Society Journal. In 2009 he was featured in Time Out and the BJP for his project ‘All That Glitters Is Gold’, and held 4 shows of the series.

He is currently editing his first book,  a long-term documentary on an artist community in East London, and has been published in Creative Review, the British Journal of Photography, The Big Issue, BBC Arts, The Guardian and Phaidon Agenda.

His commercial work covers architecture, events and portraiture. Clients include the TateFreud Museum, Zabludowicz GalleryThe Arts CouncilMoshi Moshi Records, Fender, Shepherd Neame and Boss Design.

He teaches photography at Central Saint Martins and City Lit, and is currently based in Margate, Kent.
